🔁 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery 📅

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging 📦
  • The item must be in the same condition as it was received ✨
  • Proof of purchase is required 🧾
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

⚠️ Important: For health and safety reasons, refunds or returns will not be accepted if the product packaging has been opened ❌

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened or used 🧴

  • Custom or personalized items 🎨

  • Final sale or clearance items 🏷️

Once your return is received and inspected 🔍, you will be notified via email 📩 regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved ✅, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days 💵

  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item) 🚚
